· Hands are very essential when hitting the ball. Why? Because the hands hold the bat. Do not grip on too stiff or too wobbly, it should be just fine handling. You must be at ease when holding the bat in order to strike the ball very far-flung and reach the base and make a score runs.

· When you are ready enough to stride the ball, your swing will be the next important step. You should swing your hands, shoulders, arms, chest and hips. This body parts coordination will provide you energy to hit the ball as far as you can.
