We need help with mold please read?
we are thinking of buying this house the basement has alot of mold on the walls we really want the house its perfect up stairs it just the basement needs the mold problem fixed so my question is how would we have to fix it? it doesnt even have to look perfect just need the mold and the problem gone its just gonna be laundry and storage if it rally needs a pro to do it how much is the estiimated amount its gonna cost? any info on this would be great we want the house but not if its gonna be a big problem to get it fixed

with there being a lot of mold on the walls the best thing to do is to tear down all the walls with the mold on them. mold is very dangerous if you breath in the mold spores they can make you gravely ill, and in some cases people has died.I would get a person who deals in mold and see what they say about getting rid of it. don't try to do this on your own, the risk is too great for you and your family's health.
